How do I place an order?
Set your delivery address, choose a restaurant, add products to the cart, and complete checkout with card or cash on delivery where available.
I have a problem with an order
Open Help from the menu, select your order, and describe the issue (missing items, late delivery, payment, courier). Our team will follow up on your request.
How do refunds work?
If you are eligible for a refund, it is processed according to the payment method used. Card refunds may take a few business days depending on your bank.
How do I manage saved cards?
After signing in, go to Profile to view, set as default, or remove cards saved after a successful checkout.
How do I become a restaurant partner or delivery rider?
Restaurant partners can apply from the partner onboarding page. For delivery riders, use the “Become a rider” link in the footer or contact us directly.
